The Tragedy of Julius Caesar The Tragedy of Julius Caesar is the story of a political murder, and an exploration of political, psychological and moral turmoil.

Tragic Hero  Main character  High-ranking  Dignified and courageous  Tragic flaw or fatal mistake in judgment  Comes to an unhappy end  Gains self-knowledge or wisdom Tragic Flaw: weakness in main character which causes his/her ruin; the weakness may be excessive ambition, pride, jealousy, or something else (some other frailty).
