 subsidiarity  strenghtening the regional public administration, the system of the regions is quite new in Hungary  Reducing the economical differencies among the regions (GDP) Specialization of OPRD OPRD is a special operational programme, beacuse:  it deals with regional action plans  mainly supports development for the local authorities, strenghtens the civil capacity  75% of all support goes to the four most under-developed regions, and makes special criteria for micro-regions (NUTS 4)  support from ERDF (about 90%) and ESF (about 10%)

Structure of the OPRD In the OPRD there are four strategic priorities: I. Priority: Development of tourism potential in the regions 1.Measure: Development of tourism attractions 2.Measure: Development of tourism-related services II.
