Why Touch less UI ?

Why Touch less UI ? Developed by Elliptic labs To avoid finger prints and scratches “Touch less human/machine user interface for 3D navigation”

TOUCHLESS – GBUI Allows you to take applications with simple hand movements. The system would know to post it on an intranet and also send a link to a specific group of people.

TOUCH LESS SDK It is an open source SDK for .NET applications. Microsoft  has released “Touchless,” a webcam-driven multi-touch interface. Color based markers defined by the user are tracked SDK that enables “touch without touching.”

How does Touch less UI work ? ? ? requires a sensor Sensor mounted on table or near the screen recognizes position of an object from as 5 feet.

CONCLUSION Today’s thoughts are again around user interface. Efforts are being put to better the technology day in and day out. The touch less touch screen user interface can be effectively used in computers , cell phones, webcams etc….. May be few years down the line our body can be transformed into an virtual mouse, keyboard and what not????? Our body may be turned into an input device.
