Daily Grades Shoes 2 Pts. Shorts, warm-ups or sweats 1.5 Pts. Shirt 1.5 Pts. Participation 5 Pts.

We may have came in different ships, but we are in the same boat now.

Physical Education Grading  Third quarter 40 %  Fourth quarter 40 %  Final exam 20 %

Remember : If you fail to plan you can plan to fail

Meditate It’s not what you are that holds you back; it’s what you think you are.

I believe: 1.Everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. Be kind, considerate and helpful. 2.Each person is living the one and only life they have. Never diminish it! 3.Don’t give me several reasons why you can't. All you need is one reason you can! 4.Give me an effort not an excuse!

I believe: Most people that do not reach their goals fail not because of their ability but their lack of commitment.

Start where you are with what you have and make something better of it.

Don’t interpret mistakes as failures. They are a natural part of the learning process. Failure is not final. It is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently. Let it be your teacher.

I believe:   What you achieve or fail to achieve in your life time is directly related to what you do or fail to do.   YOUR LIFE WILL BE NO BETTER THAN THE PLANS YOU MAKE AND THE ACTIONS YOU TAKE.

I believe  Nothing positive will ever come from being negative, and nothing negative will ever come from being positive.

Positive   BE AS POSITIVE AS THE 80 YEAR OLD MAN WHO MARRIED THE 25 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND BOUGHT A 5 BEDROOM HOUSE NEXT TO THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

I believe: It is nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice. It is nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice. You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late. Too often we underestimate the power of a kind word, a smile, or an act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Mental muscle  You can train your mind a lot faster than you can train your muscles.   The body achieves what the mind believes.  Act the way you want to become and you will become the way you act.

Mental muscle  Rubber band and snap back into focus.  Ten most powerful two letter words: if it is to be it is up to me. if it is to be it is up to me.

Ask yourself this question.  What do you like about yourself?  Be your biggest fan!  Cheer, believe, and encourage

Who is your toughest opponent? You are!  Don’t be your own worst enemy!   You tell others how to treat you by how you treat yourself.  Be a real friend to yourself.
