McCain’s ideas on securing our borders. John McCain wanted to ensure high skilled workers trained and educated in the U.S and have the opportunity to stay and work in the U.S upon Graduation. McCain wanted to dedicate funding to U.S attorney’s offices in Border States. He also guarantee that no person here illegally receives a green card before those that have been legally waiting outside the country.

Obama’s Education No Student Left Behind: 6 million middle and high school students have a reading level below their grade level. A third of high school students do not go straight to college. High Drop Out Rates: only70% of high school students graduate with a diploma Obama’s big plan will address the drop-put crisis by funding parent involvement, and mentoring Obama would like to support summer learning opportunities

John McCain’s Education Plan He also used the no child left behind plan which focuses our attention on realities of how students perform against a common standard. McCain believes we can no longer accept low standards. He believes that all federal financial support must be predicated on providing parents the ability to move their children. John will pursue reforms that address the underlying cultural problems in our education system. McCain believes American education must be worthy of the promise we make our children and ourselves. He understands that we are a nation committed to equal opportunity, and there is no equal opportunity without equal access to excellent education.

Barack Obama’s Taxes/Fiscal Obama will protect tax cuts for poor and middle class families. He will also ensure that federal contracts over 25,000 are competitively bid Obama will tackle wasteful spending in Medicare Program. And he will increase government program by bettering technology.

John McCain’s Tax Plans He would like to cut the Corporate tax rate from 35 to 25 percent. McCain would also like to allow First-Year Deduction, or “Expensing”, of equipment and technology investments. McCain has a plan to cut internet taxes and cell phone taxes. He also established permanent tax credit equal to 10 Percent of wages spent on R&D (research and development)

Obama’s Energy and Environment plans Obama wants to provide short-term relief to American families facing pain at the pump by enacting a windfall profits tax to provide $1000 in emergence energy rebate to American families. He also wants to help create 5million new jobs by investing $150 billion over the next 10 years. Obama would also like to cut imports from the middle east and Venezuela.

McCain’s Climate Change. John McCain would like to lower greenhouse gas emission. He is also working with out international partners to secure our energy future. McCain in planning on developing a climate change adoption plan. He wants to clean economic growth.

Obama’s main focus on war in Iraq Barack Obama would like to see Iraq gain their stability and build their country back together. He said we were all so careless to get into war, it has now lasted longer then Civil War, WWI, and WWII. Obama thinks he is able to change this In 2002 Obama spoke out against Bush going to war, but now that we are in it, he says he is fully committed to bring an end to war.

McCain's Iraq plans McCain strongly believes in war until the Americans win and so Iraqis can stand for themselves. He doesn’t want Iraq to be filled with terrorists, he thinks with that in mind it will most likely continue the war McCain’s plan is that American troops can return home when the Iraqis safeguard their own country

Barack's Healthcare Obama will make a new national health plan to all Americans, including the self-employed and small businesses, to buy affordable health coverage. He wants for not one American to be ignored if they need any type of insurance. Obama will allow Americans to buy their medicine from the other developed countries if the drugs are safe and prices are lower outside the U.S

John McCain’s Healthcare issues. John McCain believes the key to Healthcare reform is to restore control to the patients themselves. Every family will receive a direct refundable tax credit of $2,500 for individuals and $5,000 for families. An important part of his plan is to improve the quality of health insurance with greater variety.

Obama’s Immigration plan Obama supports addition personnel, infrastructure and technology on the border and at our ports of entry. He says that any immigrant that can pay and that’s willing to learn English could wait in line till they can become a citizen. He wants to keep all immigrant families together.

John McCain's 2 nd Amendment McCain believes that any criminals that violet the law should be prosecuted to the fullest extent rather then restricting the right of law abiding citizens He also voted against restrictions of “assault rifles”. John McCain does not agree with private citizens having weapons because it may lead to a third parties crime
