Program Overview For students who signed the Wisconsin Covenant Pledge in 8 th or 9 th grade, between 2007 and 2011 Offers grants of up to $2,500 per year for up to 8 semesters – Amount based on family’s financial need Requires Wisconsin Covenant Scholar confirmation, including FAFSA completion, by April 1 st of the student’s senior year

Go to wisconsincovenant.wi.gov to download and complete: – Senior Confirmation form – Record of Service form Completed forms must have signatures from the student, a parent/guardian, and a school official Submit completed, signed forms to: Higher Educational Aids Board Wisconsin Covenant, P.O.
