What is the aim of Information for Quality? To improve the effectiveness of the information we hold and collect, by reviewing our: forms validation rules verification procedures clinic portal choose a fertility clinic publishable information website

Working with stakeholders Four expert groups Wider stakeholder engagement Data dictionary Data warehouse and analytics Digital Data submission ADVISORY GROUP

Expert groups Purpose: To look into the detail of each project To tackle technical/controversial issues To consider the requirements of all stakeholders and define a reasonable balance between differing perspectives To engage with centre staff and wider stakeholders throughout the process
