Learner Engagement through Work Based Learningwww.ntfw.org Post 16 Work Based Learning Offer  Skillbuild –Very flexible programme for learners requiring occupational skills learning (levels 1-3) and/or who are uncertain of their career aims. Course length adapted to learner’s needs, minimum 13 weeks  Foundation Apprenticeship - Employed status. Set apprenticeship framework per occupational route based around NVQ L2. Up to two years. Entry requirements vary depending on occupational route.  Apprenticeship - As per FA but up to NVQ Level 3  Higher Modern Apprenticeship/Modern Skills Diploma – Employed status. Up to L4 NVQ.  years olds not in Education, Training or Employment are guaranteed a training place via the local Careers Service Office.
