WOW! Employee Recognition Program NEXT

BACK Your objective is… Managers recognizing employees on a daily basis. Peers recognizing other peers. To create a simple, easy-to- administer system to reward outstanding employees including… Doing this on a regular basis will help you retain your key people and reduce expensive turnover.

NEXT BACK Our Solution… Scratchoff Star Bucks - (a fun, simple paper- based system) We propose two possible TAX FREE incentive tools to help you accomplish this… Star Points - (a paperless incentive program) You can award up to $400 per employee per year TAX FREE using this system. We will show you how to do this if you purchase our program. AND

NEXT BACK We suggest that a survey be conducted to determine employee satisfaction or lack of satisfaction with your current recognition efforts. Once this step is completed, we’ll have a benchmark to measure improvements. Preliminary Proposal About the WOW! Program

NEXT BACK WOW! Newsletter The WOW! Program is kicked off with a WOW! Newsletter for all employees!

NEXT BACK Managers receive WOW! Cards to use to reward and recognize outstanding employees. WOW! Cards Employees use WOW! Cards to recognize outstanding peers. They present the card to the employee in front of their manager. The employee who receives the card tears it in half. Half is kept as a trophy, the other half is turned in to the WOW! Coordinator. Either your staff member or ours will keypunch the form to record the activity, e.g. who was rewarded for what activity. The employee who was rewarded receives either a Scratchoff Star Buck or a Star Point deposited to an online account. All WOW! Cards go into a drawing for Marriott Trips!

NEXT BACK Option A – Scratchoff Star Bucks Star Bucks are available in $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 denominations. The Star Buck that wins for the employee… A CHANCE at a Marriott trip or An INSTANT GIFT, like a Stainless Steel Coffee Mug or a Lunch Cooler Bag with your “Star Performer” logo that they pick up onsite! And you can also choose these other types of Star Bucks…

NEXT BACK You can have all Star Bucks be the same value… OR Add a little more excitement and use a mixture of Star Bucks! You can create a program where every Star Buck is worth a CHANCE at a TRIP, and many Star Bucks win an INSTANT prize (like a Stainless Steel Mug) and other Star Bucks win a $10, $20 or $50 catalog gift.

NEXT BACK Option B – Star Points Online Issue Star Bucks ONLINE at your own private WEBSITE. Every Star Buck is valued at $1. Each month you take all the turned in WOW! Cards and send them to us. We enter them into a database for you and collect vital information, such as: Employee nominated Manager or Employee who filled out the WOW! Card Type of behavior rewarded (Leadership, Teamwork, etc) Department or Work Area Finally, we deposit one or more points into a Star Points Account for the employee. They can access this account on the Internet, Intranet, or by phone to check the balance of points, and to order gifts.

NEXT BACK Recommended Program Rules Criteria for Awarding Employees Managers Awards – Managers will be given a preset amount of Star Bucks or Star Points to present on a regular basis. Follow-up will be done to ensure that managers are recognizing employees. Peer to Peer Recognition – Peers can nominate other employees for award using the WOW! Program. Areas in which to award outstanding performance will depend on your corporate goals but a few ideas are: Customer Service Teamwork Innovation (Bright Ideas) Vision Leadership

NEXT BACK Key Advantages We Offer You Our Awards are Tax-Free – with cash & gift certificates you lose 40% to taxes. Single source, turnkey supplier with experience. Free Consulting and Program Design & Administration $4,000 in Free Marriott trips for every $10,000 you spend. Split Billing – unlike gift certificates where you pay up front whether the certificate is used or not. HOME
