Once upon a time, there lived a bad king. His name was King G Clef, because his body looked a lot like a G clef.

Goss King G Clef ruled the land of Staff. It was surrounded by a fence made of five lines. E G B D F

Goss King G Clef made a Povedan live on each line to protect him. Sadly, the girls could not visit each other. E G B D F

Goss Because King G Clef was bad, he wouldn’t let them have real names, only letter names. He called them E, G, B, D, and F. E G B D F

Goss But King G Clef was having a hard time remembering them. So he named them Emma, Gabbie, Bea, Dom, and Faith. E G B D F

Goss King G Clef would never let them leave the fence for anything. So Emma, Gabbie, Bea, Dom, and Faith had to stay on those lines forever. E G B D F

Goss And they are still there even today. E G B D F

But then something amazing happened. One day, King G Clef heard the girls talking about how bad he was. It hurt his feelings, so he decided to change. He tried being a good king. No one could believe it! Everyone was overjoyed!

King G Clef decided to let them leave the fence for one day to go shopping. He even gave them some money to spend.

Goss F However, there was nowhere to shop in the land of Staff. So in between where Emma, Gabbie, Bea, Dom, and Faith lived, King G Clef hired a carpenter to build a 4- storey mall. D B G E

Goss F On the first floor he built a Food store, with every food they could ever want to buy. D B G E F

Goss F On the second floor he built an Animal store, with every animal they could ever want to buy. D B G E A F

Goss Emma, Gabbie, Bea, Dom, and Faith went shopping all day and spent all their money. When it was time to go back to their spots on the fence, they forgot the way.
