Bibliography, how? Scheduled meetings Readers choosen Which level of analysis –Complete analysis (methodology, results, …) –Giving only the new data –Writen report? To create motivation –Relaxed meeting, every body can give his/her comment –Senior’s incentive

Bibliography, which gain for resident? Professional knowledge improvement To develop a criticism mind To learn how to present data –Choice of article –Making slides –How to speak
