BELMONT TRANSPORT PACKAGE A49 – A465 Link Meeting 19 March 2013

Belmont Transport Package The Belmont Transport Package will consist of a number of individual elements - both offline and on existing network (online). A number of options will be considered for both offline and online measures. A full appraisal of impacts of each package of measures is currently being undertaken following relevant guidance.

Belmont Transport Package The Belmont Transport Package will consist of a number of individual elements – this presentation will focus on offline element (A49 – A465 link). A total of eight options for this link have been assessed and results of this follow. Further public consultation on whole package of measures (offline and online) will follow in coming months.

Belmont Transport Package To date.. High level environmental, social and economic impacts of the eight options have been considered. Although some elements of the appraisal process have not yet been completed, it is possible at this stage to provide information on ‘emerging’ preferred offline option which will form part of overall package of measures.
