Region 10 Asia-Pacific IEEE R10 Meeting, Kota Kinabalu, 24 th & 25 th March 2007 So there is so much to do in 2007 To Recover 20,000 members who have not paid dues this year, To gain new members, To Introduce new Programs, Initiatives and Activities, especially for students and new graduates even if we spend a part of our too big reserves! Ladies and Gentelmen, I wish you (and myself) very efficient and successful IEEE R10 Meeting!
