It thus,  generated contextual data for RCE Goa,  conducted an appreciative enquiry into RCE Goa activities/initiatives, and  used the insights of the analysis to strengthen RCE Goa activity-level The Evaluation Exercise

 Challenges of inactive partners and funding availability:  All partners should be willing to commit themselves so as to create a pool of dedicated and committed partners  Need to bring in a stronger sense of ownership and belonging amongst partners  Due to lack of funding, only on going activities can be showcased under the RCE Goa banner, this again limits all partners coming on board with equal commitment levels Learning and follow ups…
