EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE The key is to work through issues and important problems before they grow to the point that they are considered to be conflicts. Conflicts result from avoiding an issue and failing to address it constructively head-on. Interpersonal conflicts, like all our problems, need to be addressed when they are big enough to see, yet still small enough to solve. - Goleman, Resonant Leadership

HOW DO WE GET THERE Third, Response to Intervention (RTI) (Do everything needed)

THE WILL TO LEAD: “I don’t necessarily have to like all my players and associates, but as the leader I must love them. Love is loyalty, love is teamwork, love respects the dignity of the individual. This is the strength of any organization - Vince Lombardi

THE WILL TO LEAD: When we meet the needs of others we will, by definition, be called upon to serve and even sacrifice.

Recognize the skills

Sacrifice for Success
