P r o t a g o n i s t Heathcliff He is the main character the book follows all the way through. The book is about him and follows his wants for revenge Catherine She is the heroine She is a very stubborn and really selfish person but loves Heathcliff but chooses someone richer to marry because she wants to be rich

A n t a g o n i s t Heathcliff Because he is very harsh and rude and just wants revenge

Favorite Character Heathcliff He really is a terrible person but he is what makes the book interesting

Least Favorite Character Nelly She is whiney and usually gets in the way. I think that she is annoying.

Climax *Heathcliff comes back to find Catherine dying. *Catherine dies and this just makes Heathcliff want to get more revenge on people and act more cruel.

Falling Action *Heathcliff takes possession of young Linton who is his son that he abandoned as a child with his wife. *Heathcliff is raising Hareton his nephew to a well hated brother as a servant just like he was treated when he was little. *Catherine has had child named “Catherine” before she died. Rating

The distinctions separating the social classes are false; in the last analysis they rest on force. Albert Einstein Really, if the lower orders don't set us a good example, what on earth is the use of them? They seem, as a class, to have absolutely no sense of moral responsibility.
