What is Autism The so-called ‘Triad of impairment’ summarizes the difficulties of the autistic.

The rate of diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder is increasing by ten to seventeen percent per year, the greatest increase of any developmental disorder. There are four million children born every year, five-hundred thousand with Developmental Disabilities. Thirty-six thousand, five hundred with autism. The ratio is for every one girl diagnosed with autism, four boys will be diagnosed, and forty-one percent of children with autism spectrum disorder will also have intellectual disability.
