Executive Summary SMARTnet and Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) are converging into a single updated service The updated service will be branded Smart Net Total Care Go-live will be on the July 27 th, 2015 The updated SNTC will be priced the same as the current SMARTnet and will use the same SMARTnet SKUs All existing SMARTnet customers will be entitled to smart capabilities when the updated service becomes available No action required until contract renewal
