Small Hole Gauges & Telescoping Gauges

Small Hole Gauges These gauges are used to measure small holes that you need to know the exact measurement.

Small Hole Gauges To adjust turn the knurled knob on the bottom of the gauge. That expands the spherical ball on the other end

Small Hole Gauges Use a Micrometer to measure how far the ball is spread out.

Small Hole Gauges Small Hole Gauges come in 4 sizes

Telescoping Gauges These gauges are used to measure larger holes

Telescoping Gauges First Loosen the knurled screw at the end of the handle. Push the plungers in so they telescope inside of each other. Insert it into the cylinder you are going to measure.

Telescoping Gauges When you have the proper feel and angle lock the knurled screw and remove from the cylinder.

Telescoping Gauges Use a Micrometer to measure how far the Plungers are spread out
