Meticulous Definition: (adj) taking or showing extreme care about minute details To get the scratch off of John’s care, he leaned in closer to the front of the car, while trying to scrub it off with soap and meticulously, showing great affection to his prize possession.

Lament Definition: (v) to express grief for or about or to regret deeply In order to catch the government’s eye, Filipino women had protested to the nation that they were being treated unfairly, which brought lament despair to their lives.

Paraphernalia Definition: (n) furnishing used in or necessary for a particular activity To play soccer, you must search for soccor paraphernalia that includes a soccer ball, cleats, pads, and socks.

Despotic Definition: (adj) dictorial World War Two was ruled by a despotic leader named, Hitler who treated Jews unfairly for about eight years.
