Organize website to match user needs Promote messages specific to each audience Develop user-friendly accordion-style navigation menu Limit “depth” of website to first- and second-tier levels (to avoid “lost” pages in third- and fourth-tier levels) Simplify 2nd-tier menu items (5 max) to reduce “repeated” sections Step 2 continued: DEFINING OUR GOALS for a revised navigation menu
