CAI Modification  The applicant has purchased 5.7 mitigation credits at the Florida Mitigation Bank. These credits adequately offset the approved impacts and those proposed in this permit modification.

Existing Conditions

Considerations  A Conservation Area Impact permit authorized a vertical seawall and stormwater pipe outfall along the eastern shoreline of the lake.  Lake Ruby is part of the stormwater management system and is used for attenuation; fishing and swimming will be prohibited.  Private docks will be prohibited.  An MSTU or MSBU will be created to address future lake management issues.

Action Requested  Approval of Conservation Area Impact Modification and Transfer CAI for DFD ONE, LLC, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report. District 1
