6. Background 0.14 acres in size. State considers it reclaimed lake bed as a result of the lake’s lowering in decades past. State of Florida identifies Mr. Walker as the riparian owner.

7. Background Mr. Walker requested to purchase the parcel from the FDEP. FDEP directed Mr. Walker to comply with the Code requirements in Chapter 33. This Code requires the BCC to consider, at a public hearing, recommendations to submit to FDEP regarding the sale of state-owned property. The City of Belle Isle has no objection. Lake Conway Water and Navigation District Advisory Board has no objection.

8. Action Requested  Provide a recommendation of No Objection to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection - Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund. District 3
