9 OFF-STREET PARKING RATIO STUDY Applicant surveyed 11 communities: Average parking space requirement = 1 space per 2,750 sq. ft. Orange County Code = 1 space per 1000 sq. ft. Applicant’s request = 1 space per 4,000 sq. ft.

11 BZA RECOMMENDATION Approved the Variance request in that the Board made the finding that the requirements of Orange County Code, Section 30-43 have been met; further, said approval is subject to two (2) conditions (unanimous)

12 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1.No clearing, grading filling, excavation/dredging, or any other alteration within wetland limits is allowed without an approved permit from Environmental Protection Division. 2.This variance will become null and void should the bulk warehouse use change. Any new uses shall comply with Orange County parking code.

13 BCC ACTION REQUESTED ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the request subject to the conditions imposed by the BZA.
