Copyright 2014 © W. Seth Hunter ConsumerMath.org L1.4 Interview Questions What is the Interview? The interview is the second time the Hiring Manager is looking at you. They liked what they saw on your application and resume, but those were pieces of paper. Now they want to know what you are really like.

Copyright 2014 © W. Seth Hunter ConsumerMath.org L1.4 Interview Questions What is the Interview? Think of the application and resume as the 30 second commercial. You want the customer (future boss) to be interested in you. The interview is like the first date. You need to make it perfect, be prepared to avoid mistakes, and practice. When a basketball player lines up for the game-winning free throw, this is not the first time he has ever held a basketball.
