What is a Drone? A drone is a remote controlled (or radio controlled) aircraft or missile that has no one physically controlling it.

The Use of Drones Drones can be used for many things. Here are a few things that they can do.  Water crops for farmers  Scientific research  Disaster relief  Tools/Weapons for the military  Sports  Motion capturing and filmmaking  Security surveillance  And much more!

Where Drones can be Used? The ability to use drones are all depended on what your government allows. So drones can be used by all, some, or none at all.

Who Benefits from the Use of Drones? Because of how practical the drone is and all the uses the drone have, almost anyone can benefit from the use of drones!

The Price of a Drone Depending on what kind of drone it is, the price can range from $300 to the crazy price of $13,000,000.00! The MQ – 9 Reaper is a drone used by the US Air Force. It costs $12,548,710.60!

The Problem with Drones  Unfortunately there are some downsides to using drones. Some of these downsides include the following:  Create air traffic for commercial planes.  Potentially violates other countries’ laws.  Drones may accidently kill people that are not threats  People can shoot down drones and take any valuable materials/items they have.

Who can Own a Drone? The availability of a drone depends on where you live, however most places allow anyone to have a drone as long as they have a drone license.
