Illegal Immigrants Kylie McBride and Avery Chidiac

About 300, ,000 illegal immigrants cross the Mexican and American border each year. There is an estimated 10.3 million aliens in the America at this time.

Many US citizens believe would should control the illegal immigration better by protecting all the borders.

Tax money Illegals cost the U.S $10 billlion more than they spend each year Illegals take advantage of free welfare services like food stamps, free medical care, and free schooling, paid for by the taxes the citizens pay. The average immigrant uses $55,000 more in government funded services during his life than he pays in taxes. The illegals use the citizens tax money to live free lives.

Jobs The US jobs are being taken over by illegals. When the companies hire the aliens, they take jobs from American citizens and lower the wages.

Gang Violence Many illegal immigrants form gangs and groups in the U.S. endangering the safety of American citizens. Studies have shown that there is more violence in America due to the increased number of illegals.

Terrorists There is a possibility that terrorists could illegally immigrate into the US through the countries where illegal immigration is possible.
