MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IN! GET OUT YOUR NJHS FOLDERS!

Attendance is MANDATORY! If you cannot attend, you MUST have a note from your parent. If you have TUTORIALS, you MUST get a note from your teacher. If you have other EXTRA CURRICULAR activities (ie: Band, Athletics, etc.), you need to let Ms. Parlato, Ms. Burke, or Mrs. Butler know BEFORE the meeting, so we can give you an excused absence.

LAST WEEK YOU WERE GIVEN: White student information forms. Yellow grades sheets. Packets for Officer nominees.

BLACK T-SHIRTS FRONT: “YOU CAN TRUST ME, I’M AN HONOR STUDENT!” BACK: “THOSE WHO CAN…DO. THOSE WHO CAN DO MORE…VOLUNTEER!”

Pass out voting ballots. Announcement to be made during 2 nd period tomorrow.

COLORED PAPERS HANGING AROUND THE ROOM Sign up for the programs or activities that interest you! Officers will choose the majority vote and begin making plans for such.

YELLOW SHEETS HANGING AROUND THE ROOM Sign-up for the ONE “School Group/Team” you want to be apart of. Officers will try to group everyone according to their choice; however, if they need people in another group, you will get VOLUNTEERED to participate in that group instead.

New Officers will be pulled out of their 6 th period class 15 minutes before the bell to assist with the photo set up in the Big Gym. Ms. Parlato and Ms. Burke will begin the photo set up during 4 th period. Need 3 Volunteers to make posters tonight for the dance photos!
