Financial Overview The Financial Overview is designed with two different views of aging by Date of Service or Billed date.

This report gives you an accurate overview of the amount and age of your receivables per plan. Here you will see Patient/Plan, To Be Billed, Current, 30+, 60+, 90+ and Total.

Practice Analysis Report extract information on total number of patients seen each day at each location current or past 4 week’s total charges and payments

Practice Analysis Report total number of patients seen in the current week by each provider total charges from the week per provider and average charge per patient per provider

Patient Recall Report This report generates a list of any Patient Recall notes that were made within a specific Practice, for a specific Provider, or within a given Date Range.

Service Analysis Report This report shows how much income is generated per CPT code, or by all CPT codes useful for the practice administrators for assessing the profitability aspect of the related procedures.

Relative Value Unit Analysis eliminates any risk to the physician related to employer negotiated rates, captivated fees, reductions in reimbursement rates or failure or delays in collections help remove those variables that cause confusion when it’s time to set your fees for the coming year

Patient Search Search all patients diagnosed with a specific ICD Search all patients taking a specific medication

Patient Search Show patients who are currently taking specific medications and send appointment reminder letters if necessary Allow users to recommend new medications if necessary
