Integrated Service Model The Strategic Skills Pipeline is the framework within which the city's Integrated Employability Service (IES) is organised. The aim is that local and national service providers collaborate to meet the "full" needs of our jobseekers and employers. The Get On Gateway provides integrated access to services. 5 local Employability Hubs were commissioned to help ensure ease of access to services across the city.
