Introduction What is the Early Years Discussion Kit?

Introduction ‘The kit has been commissioned by NHS North West to support health visiting services in their delivery of the revitalised service offer for families’ Its aim is to: 1.Raise awareness of the factors that affect life chances 2.Enable communities to identify action they can take themselves. 3.Reveal unmet need in communities.
