Directions: Slide 2: Print on colored paper. Hot dog fold along solid line, then fold in half (hamburger) so the lines are on the inside. Unfold and cut along the center line to create two flaps. Slide 3: To change the WordArt, right-click on the WordArt and select Edit Text from the drop-down menu that appears. Optional: Click on the WordArt and delete. Type text in the boxes or leave blank for students to fill in. Print. Fold the flaps (Slide 2) down and fold again with the flaps on the inside. Cut out the Title Box and glue to the cover. Cut out and glue the remaining 2 boxes on the front of the flaps. Slides 4-5: Slide 4 contains boxes that fit horizontally under the flaps. Slide 5 contains boxes that fit vertically under the flaps. Graphics or text may be inserted in the boxes on slides 4 and 5. To enter text in a box, click on the border of the box to select it and begin typing. Print on white paper. Optional: Print without text or graphics to have students write their own text and draw their own pictures. Cut out the boxes and glue under the flaps.
