Legislation -February 1st It became mandatory that all invoices to the public sector have to be sent electronically Infrastructure – for exchanging invoices -VANS since 2005 Scanning agencies -Digitize paper based invoices (OCR) Invoice standard -OASIS Universal Business Language, version 0.7
