 Mr. Anonymous is running for President in 2016 as a Republican.  What will it take for Mr. Anonymous to capture the party nomination?

 I can explain the purpose of party nominating conventions.  I can identify the relevant sections of convention speeches.  I can compare and contrast the planks of party platforms.  I can create party planks for the 2016 Republican party platform.
