Provider Dementia Care Strategy Aim: define the on-going programme of work that will assure high quality care for patients with dementia. ensure that we work together to deliver high quality services to patients with dementia, so that they and their carers feel valued, safe and supported.

Commitment to Care The Dementia Strategy is built around Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust Vision, Promises and Standards.
