Training on line of a group of animators (just engaged in VCO) for Learning Communities and Communities of Practice on line for the Third Sector Training on line of a group of animators (just engaged in VCO) for Learning Communities and Communities of Practice on line for the Third Sector The outcomes are espected to be get through the following steps Training on line of 100 VCO operators, with the support of the animators prevoiusly trained, as Open Source solutions designers for the Third Sector Start up of an open web learning community about Open Source and Third Sector.. Evolution, thanks to the groups trained, of the open web Learning Community in an authentic Community of Practice extended to the partecipation of all VCO

The selected training model is named Complex Learning TRAINING MODEL Complex Learning model transforms the Web complexity in an opportunity for exploiting informal and not formal knowledge through the actvation of collaborative processes starting from the creation of a Learning Community and tawards the development of a Community of Practice

COMPLEX LEARNING MODEL carry out inside a web learning community where usual roles are leaved: everyone is supposed to have knowledge and comeptences to share in order to solve common problems there are no propedeuthic steps or closed group classroom everyone, included tutor, is a “primus inter pares”
