Promotion How you are going to promote the features of the product? How are you going to promote the concert tour? How are you going to promote the merchandise?

Product Management Features Packaging Versions of the CD Other merchandise Tours Anything with Brand (logos, etc.)

Distribution How you will get the product to the consumer Singles? CD’s? Tours?

Financing This section shows lenders and investors what monies are needed to start and operate the business. Can include: Statements of personal and external sources of capital (loans?) Statements of projected income and expenses expected for at least the first year of operation

Marketing Information Management Two ways you would use research How would you figure out who is buying it? Surveys? Facebook ads? Other ideas? Fan Clubs?
