A Cornerstone Committee will oversee the formation of this initiative and will be co-chaired by Dr. Jeff Sargent and Paul Rankin. If you would like to participate, please send an to: a cooperative and closer relationship among its members

Updating our history 1 - Archive from found Tap Records updated on Upsilon website Many documents scanned for posterity 2 – Edit of Inductees Book for accuracy/completion Correct errors in inductee materials Present a complete and accurate record A special Committee has been formed to complete this task. The committee will be co-chaired by Dr. Duran Palmertree and Bill Winters. They should work with other founders and early members to compile the most complete and accurate work possible....the initiation of educational, research, and other programs

Updating the UXAA Constitution Current Constitution for UXAA was written before the UXAA was actually functioning Some of the structures of the UXAA are unnecessary (Alumni Board, etc.) A Committee will be formed to study the Constitution and propose changes to be discussed and ratified at Homecoming The “Committee to Amend the UXAA Constitution” will be co-chaired by Dr. Dewayne Thompson and Dr. Robert Fisher....the initiation of educational, research, and other programs

“Treasurer Report” Our Current balance is: We have not taken in much money this year, nor have we spent much money UXAA Dues are only $25 per year. We have not solicited dues aggressively due to the recession....to initiate and undertake fund raising and other philanthropic activities

Future Service Project???? Upsilon has not undertaken a fund-raising project since the Mace project in 2002 is one project that has been identified as a “need” by the Lee Administration We are not looking for a “commitment” at this time, we just want to gauge interest in pursuing this project....to initiate and undertake fund raising and other philanthropic activities
