GCSE results 2009 %5+ A*-C - Derby average up 2.1% on last year’s figure (63.7% 2008, 65.8% 2009) Nationally, the result was up 4.4% (65.3% 2008, 69.7% 2009) %5+ A*-C including English and mathematics - Derby City’s average down 4.1% on last year’s figure (49.4% 2008, 45.3% 2009) Nationally, the result is up 2.1% (47.6% 2008, 49.7% 2009)
