When people say they are going green, they mean that they are using organic products in order to preserve the planet. Green is also the color of healthy grass and trees. Red is a color that has long been affiliated with romance. On Valentine’s Day, many people go all out with red decorations that are symbolic of love. It is also considered a romantic gesture when a male gives a female red roses.
