TEKLYNX will now provide on-going Maintenance and Updates for their Product Line Customers can manage their own updates Annual Software Maintenance Agreement will be available for purchase with each sale Annual Software Maintenance Agreement will be included with every Update purchase (Sept 1 – Dec 31st, 2008)

End-user must update old software to the current version by December 31st, 2008 Special “update campaign” pricing will be available from September 1st until December 31st, 2008 First year of SMA included in the update End-user must register the SMA via a secured website

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS How will the SMA be sold? End-users can update their old versions to the current version at a special price from September 1st until December 31st, 2008 ONLY. SMA for 1 year will be included with all updates Activation/Registration will happen through a dedicated secured site Renewals will be automatic on the anniversary of Activation/Registration

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS What happens on January 1st? Starting January 1st, version updates will become much more restrictive in Price, Time and Access.

Updates from any version can be purchased at a special price. December 31st – Last day of SMA Updating Campaign. January 1st – Updates will be much more restrictive in Time, Price and Access
