These data remain property of the state of origin and as such are subject to certain conditions. In a general sense, users of this site agree that. Data will not be disaggregated to show the specific origin of the data point (see Section 10). Data will not be allowed for use beyond this site for any publication without permission of the data owners (see Sections 7 and 8). If permission is granted for data use, proper credit shall be given to acknowledge those sources (see Section 7). Specific criteria of the Terms and Conditions of use follow (as currently listed):
