BCSD’s APPR  Original plan negotiated in  APPR relationship with Truenorthlogic began in 2011  Every teacher must be evaluated, yearly, on their effectiveness in seven teaching standards as set by the New York State Department of Education  Every leader must be evaluated, yearly, on their effectiveness in 8 leadership standards as set by the New York State Education Department
