National Goal 1  Integration of ICT to give effect to the New Zealand Curriculum/Te Marautanga o Aotearoa.  Faculty ICT Lead Teachers established.  Survey to ascertain faculty needs in ICT support.  ConnectIT Programme presentation to Staff by lead teachers. Action

National Goal 2  Increase capability of teachers and principals to improve students’ learning and achievement through e- learning;  Student voice gathered on ICT engagement.  Lead Teachers to utilize ICT student voice within their faculties.  Teaching for Inquiry Workshop  Developing online units of work within Moodle. Action

National Goal 3 Strengthen professional learning communities and increased collaboration within and across schools;  Develop a web site for e-LfA, purchase a domain.  Develop content for the web site (links and tutorials).  Online Professional Learning Communities developed.  Attendance at National Conferences, huis etc -Feedback to staff Action

National Goal 4 Increase e- Learning leadership and ICT strategic planning capability of principals and teachers:  Lead Teachers identify others within their faculty for succession.  Lead Teachers contribute to the development of ICT Strategic Planning.  Enhanced collaborative e-Learning partnerships between the cluster schools. Shared access to the e- LfA Web site. Action
