 several year-long project  preparatory stage – since 2006  9 th December 2009 – conference in Warsaw with FES (cyber harassment included) Actions to be taken :  discussion and exchange of good practices and international initiatives  presentation of the project to ZNP members (origin, principles, goals)  presentation of educational package (model training materials)  organisation of conferences (from January to June 2010) – feedback on the package; filling in evaluation forms)

Project goals and objectives :  to raise awareness  to improve the quality of relations  to improve the status and legal protection of education workers  to create a favourable social atmosphere towards & among teachers  to enhance professional and ethical responsibility towards pupils, colleagues and parents

Timeframe:  analysis of forms, rectifications, supplement to the package July - August 2010  design and layout – September 2010  printing – October 2010  presentation at the Convention and adoption of the code – November 2010  4-year-long implementation – from January 2011 on

 Hotline for Teachers  anonymous, free of charge consultations targeted at teachers  professional educators and psychologists  May 2007 – December 2009  Social Labour Inspectorate – a national unit  supervising labour law’s implementation at school  ensuring safe and healthy working conditions  protecting employees’ rights.
