Revised Plan for DSA’s for 2004 Park at the Park and concourses were tobacco- free DSA’s in seating bowl reduced from 11 to 5.

How Was the Plan Working? Employees/Vendors: Did they understand where smoking was permitted? Did they act on complaints? How much support was there for a completely smoke-free park in the future? What did smokers think? How well were the Padres enforcing the rules?
