Introduction

Air Transportation We use various types of transportation to carry goods and to take us from place to place. We can travel by air. Air transportation is any transport that travels in the air

Types of air transportation aeroplanes Jets Helicopters hot air balloons gliders

A MODLE AEROPLANE Aeroplanes can be small medium and large and are used for different purposes. Aeroplanes are used to transport people and goods from place to place, while some only carry goods.

HELICOPTER Helicopters are used for different purposes. They are used for rescue mission for example to help people in danger, recreational activities, wars and business purposes. They can also be of different sizes, small medium and large.

MODLE HOT AIR BALLOON

THE HOT AIR BALLOON Hot air balloons are the first type of transportation made successfully to carry humans. It is a large balloon filled with hot air. The passengers are placed in the basket attached and the balloon flew according to the direction of the wind. Hot air balloons are used for fun purposes.

HANG GLIDERS These are used for recreational purposes. They provide transportation for single persons from one place to the other.
