Instructional Plan | Slide 2 Course Title and Description Business Management Certification (F) (offered weekly Monday- Friday) The Boardman Corporate University provides management employees corporate training in market-relevant specializations to maximize managerial skills. Topics will include: policies, procedures, regulations, supervision of employees, leadership, role within the organization, communication, and methods of achieving maximum success. This course will outline the duties and responsibilities for all managers within the Boardman Management Group. (40 hours) Part I Analysis and Design of Instruction

Instructional Plan | Slide 4 Instructional Goal After successfully completing the Business Management Certification Program, leaners will be able to successfully work as managers within the Boardman Corporation. This certification allows them to be taught policies, procedures, and regulations they must know when working with managers within the corporation. They are given instruction on supervision of employees, leadership, role within the organization, communication, and methods of achieving maximum success. They must successfully pass this course to become certified as a manager.

Instructional Plan | Slide 5 Performance-Based Objectives 1 At the completion of this certified program, employees with the Business Management class will be required to pass a final exam (80% or above) covering the different aspects of the Business Administration Program. The exam will consist of 50 short answer questions and 20 questions that require written essay answers on different scenarios based on issues that they may encounter while performing their duties in a managerial capacity.

Performance-Based Objectives 2 At the completion of this course, prospective managers within the Business Management Course will be required to pass a final oral scenario based exam (receiving a 80% or above) based situations within their perspective jobs. The exam will be graded by a panel of managers and will ensure that all employees within this program are able to deal with certain situations pertaining to policies, procedures, and regulations while working in the capacity of their jobs. Instructional Plan | Slide 7 Summative Assessment 1.Written exam of 50 short answer questions. Must receive a 80% or higher questions that must be answered in essay format. 3.Oral evaluations that are based on scenarios the leaners many encounter within their perspective jobs.

Learning Outcomes 1.Managers successfully passing this program will be certified by the corporation and ready to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. 2.Managers will be properly trained in all policies, procedures, and regulations of the corporation. 3.Managers will be trained in every aspect of their jobs giving them the confidence to execute their duties. Instructional Plan | Slide 9 Learner Characteristics A corporate university’s Business Administration Course consists of 10 men and 10 women of various cultural backgrounds with experience and education in business administration. The test scores of this course range from % in related business courses. The course taught in this class are related to managerial jobs within the corporation. These students learn everything through audio, visual, and kinesthetic learning. The implications to this instructional plan are to properly train all learners in the course material regardless of learning styles, background, or experience. These individuals have been interviewed and recommended by individuals supporting their previous work and educational experience.

Define how you will implement your plan, including the specifics of who will be involved as part of the implementation, what resources are needed to implement your plan, where will the instruction be implemented, when the instruction will be implemented (e.g., weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly), and how your plan will be implemented (e.g., How you will communicate the plan, how you will build interest and commitment, how will you select your participants?).

To complete your Week Six assignment be sure to submit your entire template reflecting sections I, II, III, and the Reference slide. To finalize your instructional plan, remember to remove slides 2, 3, 10, and 16. Your final presentation should only reflect the three sections of your instructional plan. The instructions within this template should be removed. Note: Students must upload the final completed Instructional Plan (Parts I, II, and III) to their personal Presentation Portfolio in TaskStream. (This is required.)
