Market Need: End Users: Based on the current demand of communication devices there is a need for a compact, light weight and portable communicating device that enables people to locate and communicate with each other without the need for cell phones or other devices that require service charges. (no more bills!!!) **within 2km radius Vibynet caters for every user group with its various flavors (Professional Edition, Fun Edition) It is a multifunctional communications device that can be loaded with different software to meet the diverse needs of its users. Teens: Locate friends, Play network games, transfer data. Corporate Environment: Locate employees, schedule emergency meetings via msgs. Industrial sites: Track workers and monitor progress by means of msgs. Game Parks: Keep track of tourists in wild life parks!! A.S

The System: Compact, portable and light weight RF transceiver. Internal antenna. Short range precision tracking (Locate other Vibynet holders each with unique Vibynet identity codes) Identify users by means of sound and picture alerts. USB connection for transferring data (sounds, pictures and software) between pc and device and charging connection. Message other Vibynet devices.
