Hints an tips =] Hints an tips =] AAAAlways stay on the big red cross in the middle of the trampoline, or it maybe a circle. UUUUse you arms to make big circles which will make you bounce higher. IIIIf you push into the trampoline when you bounce it will throw you back up again, you don’t need to jump. TTTThe section of the trampoline in which you bounce on is called ‘The bed’.

Rules =] Rules =] Always have ‘spotters’ around the side of the trampoline to push you back onto the bed if you are about to fall off. Never go underneath the trampoline. Don’t wear anything which can get caught in the trampoline. E.g. Buttons, Jewellery, Tie your hair back. Don’t attempt moves you haven’t been taught because there is a big chance of you hurting yourself.
